I've been going to the 28 West Gym for close to a year, and I am delighted with the level of professionalism, with the quality of the facilities, and with the ability of the staff. The facility is clean, well maintained, and well managed. The equipment is in good condition. Anyone living in or visiting the Route 28 corridor from Kingston to Shandaken will be satisfied.
