I am local and a member of Upstate Films (they are a non-profit.) I love this theater. It's an important part of what makes Woodstock a great place to live.
Can't say enough about the experience when you attend a Woodstock Film Festival event at Upstate Films. The q&a after film is particularly well monitored.
